JACKSON, Miss. – Chief Joseph Wade has beefed up patrols around a Jackson middle school after parents were concerned about a possible threat. “There was a lot of social media chatter about Blackburn Middle School (Wednesday) morning,” Wade said. “We did reach out to (Jackson Public Schools). We are working in collaboration with them.”
