JACKSON, Miss. – The Jackson Police Department held a Real Time Crime Summit at New Horizon Church International on Thursday. Each precinct captain presented their weekly crime reports and statistics. It is a proactive tactic that Chief Joseph Wad hopes will lead to making the city a safer place.
