JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – A bond has been set for a Jackson man who struck and killed a female pedestrian after he was “driving recklessly.”. Monday, 28-year-old Kiki Hawkins of Jackson was hit and killed by Corey L. Laird while she was walking on Siwell Road and Main Street.
