JACKSON, Miss. – Jackson police are investigating an incident that left one man dead. In a news release, the Jackson Police Department said on Sunday, officers responded to an aggravated assault on Red Oak Drive. Multiple people were wounded by gunshots. Police say one victim, identified as Charles Brown, died on the scene.
