A WALMART shopper has blasted the retailer for its self-checkout situation at their previous in-store visit.
Dr. Deborah Lee said they had to go to another store due to an accessibility issue.
In the post, they shared that an in-person cashier was unavailable to use at the store and this made them walk out.
“The only register open closed as I walked up,” they said.
“No other registers open.”
Lee added that self-checkouts were inaccessible to them at the time.
“As someone w/mobility issues, self checkout is not an option if I have a lot of stuff,” Lee said.
The shopper added that they immediately left the store when they we made to use the self-checkout.
“Left the cart,” they said.
A growing number of Walmart customers have taken to social media to share their thoughts and anger at self-checkouts in stores.
