JACKSON, Miss. – A man charged with killing two people near last year’s Hal’s St. Paddy’s Parade was handcuffed and taken from court on Tuesday. Jordan Cummins is headed back to jail after Hinds County Circuit Judge Faye Peterson revoked his $250,000 bond. Cummins is accused of arguing with co-defendant Jenny Lukens near the parade, when investigators said Cummins pulled out a gun and began shooting, killing Joshua Spann and Auden Simpkins.
