JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Approximately 98 percent of JXN Water customers now have new meters, but it’s unclear when installation in the capital city and Byram will wrap up. Interim Third-Party Manager Ted Henifin reported last week that more than 59,000 meters had been installed through January 10, 2024 and that the majority of those customers are now receiving accurate bills.
