PEARL, Miss. (WLBT) – More and more drivers are starting to receive tickets in the mail from the controversial cameras in the city of Pearl. Ticket after ticket, a Pearl City Clerk saw dozens of people who’d received a ticket from the numerous cameras placed throughout the city to target uninsured drivers.
