JACKSON, Miss. – A Hinds County jury convicted a woman for her role in the murder of another woman. The Hinds County district attorney said Yolanda Torns was convicted on the charges of second-degree murder in the death of Celeste McDonald. Jackson police said McDonald was reported missing on March 31, 2019 – one day before her body was found by Louisiana State Police near Mound, Louisiana.
