JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – A special meeting was held Thursday night to get your input on a new plan that could help house a portion of the homeless population in the city. In January, details of the “Space Place, Safe Space” project that will be located on Capers Avenue in West Jackson were discussed in a city council meeting.
