JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Jackson Police have made two additional arrests in connection with a shooting death that occurred in Jackson Sunday. Christian Powell, 15, was arrested and charged with capital murder of Charles Brown and aggravated assault on Thursday. Brown died after he was shot in the 300 block of Red Oak Drive.
