JACKSON, Miss. ( WJTV ) – Jackson Mayor Chokwe A. Lumumba said he intends to run for re-election.
The mayor made the announcement during a news conference on Monday, February 12.
Jackson’s director of Planning and Development resigns
Lumumba assumed office on July 3, 2017. His current term ends on July 1, 2025.
Jackson’s mayoral election will be held in 2025.
