In 2006, she became a full-time admissions counselor for USM.
Davis furthered her education with a master’s degree in education in College Student Personnel from USM in 2011. She left the USM recruiting department and helped set up the Jones College Office of Recruitment in 2008. Davis held various roles at Jones College, including Student Success Center Advisement Specialist, Scholarship Coordinator, and Advisor to the Jones Ambassadors. In 2012, she was appointed the Director of Recruitment, Dual Enrollment/Dual Credit Liaison, and Bobcat Advisor.
