A Mississippi convenience store clerk reportedly killed a man who began chasing him in the store with a knife.
Jackson police are investigating a shooting that happened inside the store at approximately noon on the Road of Remembrance.
Police report that a male suspect entered the store and began chasing the clerk with a knife.
When the suspect attempted to stab the clerk with the knife, the clerk reportedly shot the man, who died at the scene.
The shooting remains under investigation by the Jackson Police Department.
