JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Jackson’s water manager is one step closer to fully implementing his new rate structure, thanks to a recent decision by a federal judge. On Tuesday, U.S. District Court Judge Henry Wingate ordered relevant state and federal agencies to release SNAP data to Interim Third-Party Manager Ted Henfin, “as expeditiously as possible, but no later than April 30.”
