JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Earlier this week, the Jackson City Council approved a settlement agreement in a wrongful death lawsuit. That agreement is now being rejected. Betterstein Wade filed the wrongful lawsuit on behalf of her brother George Robinson. She said her brother died in October 2019 after three former Jackson police officers allegedly pulled him out of his car and beat him.
