RANKIN CO., Miss. (WLBT) – An investigation is underway after a human body part was found in a small lake in Rankin County. Flowood Police Chief Eric Zetterholm says a group of kids were fishing at the old Primos Lake off Mangum Road, where the old city mine is located.
