JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Those traveling in and through Jackson are frustrated with the current traffic light outages. Many of them have been out of commission for weeks. “It’s so sad that we have to go through this on a bright sunny day when they can be out putting it back together,” said a former employee with the traffic department in Jackson.
