JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – It will soon be more expensive to open a medical cannabis business in the capital city.
On Tuesday, the Jackson City Council voted unanimously to adopt ordinances governing the growth, sale, and disposal of medical marijuana in the city limits.
“This is about making sure the medical cannabis businesses in Jackson adhere to the same regulations: where they’re able to operate, what hours they’re able to operate, disposal methods.
