JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Authorities are investigating a shooting that occurred in downtown Jackson on the day of the Hal’s St. Paddy’s Day Parade that left one dead and multiple people injured.
This according to DPS Spokesperson Bailey Martin, who said the injuries happened in the area of Lamar and Pearl Streets. Martin also confirmed that one person is in critical condition.
