JACKSON, Miss. ( WJTV ) – Entergy Mississippi crews are working to restore power after high winds moved through their service area Wednesday into Thursday.
Officials said the winds brought down trees and limbs, causing widespread outages. As of 8:00 a.m. on April 3, 10,300 customers were without power.
Entergy officials said customers should prepared for more outages and flexible restoration times as wind gusts continue throughout Thursday, and severe weather threatens the service area into the weekend.
