JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – With more than a dozen neighborhoods along Catlett Road, Stribling Road Extension, and Stribling Road in Madison County, traffic is backed up each and every morning, preventing residents from getting to work on time.
“I work 35 minutes from here, and whenever you work 35 minutes, you have to plan an hour ahead to get there on time,” Humberto Pelaez, a Falls Crossing neighborhood resident, said.
“Every morning, I tend to pull up Maps and try to check which way it’s going to tell me to go.
