BRANDON, Miss. (WLBT) – Over 350 residents throughout Rankin County came together Thursday night to get a better understanding of the new zoning ordinance that went into effect on April 15th.
Executive Director of the Mississippi Manufactured Housing Association, Jennifer Hall, as well as legal counsel, went through the ordinance page by page.
Residents then got to ask questions and raise their concerns, and one big concern for many was that they felt they were not notified of these changes in the best way…
