JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – A former Canton city engineer is asking for one of the federal charges against him to be dropped, some three and a half years after he was indicted.
Rudy Warnock is facing four federal counts in connection with bribing Canton city officials in exchange for engineering contracts through Canton Municipal Utilities.
