RANKIN COUNTY, Miss. (WLBT) – The Rankin County Animal Shelter is at a critical point, with over 120 dogs currently in kennels. The shelter only has 51 kennels to hold them in. That’s why they are looking to residents to help adopt.
These dogs come from many different backgrounds.
Many of these dogs were at one point abused by their owners…
