The Jackson area’s latest Tex-Mex restaurant is among 14 restaurants and dining options that have been approved to open this month by the Mississippi Department of Health for the month of June.
Boo’s Smokehouse at 1716 U.S. 51 in Gluckstadt had been a staple of the Madison County area for more than 20 years. However, the owners decided to sell the business, which has reopened as Tex-Mex Smokehouse BBQ.
