A very special celebration is underway at a local homeless shelter called Wingard Home as the community prepares to shower one of their youngest residents for her 3rd birthday.
Wingard Home is located in Jackson and takes in homeless families and individuals. They help them get back on their feet and find jobs and get established in the community.
