JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Residents at the Blossom Apartments are calling on Interim Third-Party Manager Ted Henifin to turn the water back on, more than two weeks after it was shut off for nonpayment.
Last month, JXN Water shut off service at the South Jackson complex after the owner refused to pay a more than $400,000 water bill.
Henifin says the owner, Tony Little, must pay the full amount before service is restored…
