Clinton’s Quisenberry library is planning a Back to School Bash, a party to celebrate going back to school. Set for Monday, August 25, from 3:30 until 6: 30 p.m., the free event will be a community connection/fair-style event. Families are encouraged to mark their calendars and make plans to attend the party, which will be free.
In addition, the library is offering the opportunity for local businesses, churches, schools and others to set up a table at the event. Organizations who would like to participate will need to provide a sign for their organization, handouts telling about their organization and emphasizing what the organization offers that is free or inexpensive, and small giveaways (such as candy or stickers) or an activity (such as cornhole or a craft).
