At just 20 years old, Jackson State University junior Rayvn Webster is making waves as a young author with the release of her debut book, Introverted & In Charge.

The book, which Webster describes as both a personal reflection and a survival guide, speaks directly to introverted girls navigating the unique college life experience—particularly at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). Drawing from her own journey, Webster dismantles the myth that leadership requires being the loudest in the room.
