A man was arrested after over 20 dogs were found confined in horrific conditions inside of a camper in Pelahatchie.
According to Detective Ryan Edwards with the Pelahatchie Police Department, police learned of a man, identified as Matthew Lawrence Felsher, who had over 20 dogs confined inside of a small camper.
The dogs were living in horrific conditions. Detectives learned that Felsher already had multiple warrants for his arrest and he was immediately taken into custody.
