State getting reimbursed for helping Jackson during 2022 water crisis

JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – The Mississippi Emergency Management Agency is getting a little bit of its money back, more than two years after helping Jackson through a major water crisis.

On Tuesday, the Federal Emergency Management Agency announced that it had approved a $2.8 million reimbursement related to the response to the crisis.
