Experts warned high use of sleeping aids could increase dementia risks

JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Older people who have trouble sleeping are urged by experts not to become dependent on some over-the-counter drugs.

The Journal of the American Medical Association links certain sleep medications with an increased risk of dementia.
