Founder of Jackson nonprofit concerned about water quality

For more than a decade, the nonprofit has been a pillar in the community, giving back and inspiring children and teenagers in the capital city. Recently, R.H.I.O.T. and other JXN Water customers have seen brown or discolored water. Copeland urged city leaders to take action.
