JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – A new claim has been filed against JXN Water, this time by a complex that was shut off weeks ago for nonpayment.
On Friday, Tony Little, the owner of Blossom Apartments LLC, filed a counterclaim against the utility and Interim Third-Party Manager Ted Henifin for, among other things, negligence, breach of contract, and violation of due process rights.
