JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – There is an ongoing conversation about getting Jackson back to what it used to be.
“It was a real thriving city at one point. It had a whole lot of stuff going for it. It’s just recently, in the last, maybe, 10 years or so, everything has just moved outside of Jackson,” said Constantina Ducksworth.
