JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – A Jackson woman is facing a possible water disconnection after receiving a bill that her family said doesn’t reflect her actual usage.
Ruthie Barnes, the sister of the resident, said the household has struggled with service issues since 2023, including low water pressure and brown water.
“I have a disabled sister. She has Alzheimer’s. We have to get them up. Everybody in the house has to go down to McDonald’s or restaurant down the street to use a restaurant. And I say that this is not right,” Barnes said…
