JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – A former Jackson middle school is now owned by the Redeemer Church.
In a release, the church stated the former Chastain Middle School on Manhattan Road has been purchased by Redeemer Church and The Redeemer’s School, through its subsidiary Redeemer Community Development.
Purchased through the Jackson Public School District’s Repurposing Initiative, the church said the acquisition marks a major step forward in The Redeemer’s School’s mission to provide academically excellent, Christ-centered education to students in the Broadmoor community and across the city of Jackson…
