Man convicted in Kingston Frazier case sentenced for selling meth

RANKIN COUNTY, Miss. (WJTV) – The man, who was sentenced in connection to the Kingston Frazier case and later released on parole, has been sentenced on a drug charge.

According to District Attorney John K. “Bubba” Bramlett, D’Allen Washington was sentenced to 20 years as a habitual offender for the sale of methamphetamine in Rankin County Circuit Court. He will serve the time without the possibility of early release or parole.

In early 2024, Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics (MBN) agents began a multi-county investigation into methamphetamine and fentanyl sales through the Jackson-metro area. Working with undercover officers and informants, investigators determined Washington was selling large amounts of controlled substances.

On February 23, 2025, Bramlett said Washington sold 30 dosage units of methamphetamine to a confidential informant in Flowood. Officers were conducting surveillance of the transaction and attempted to arrested Washington after the sale was completed. They said he tried to run, but he was quickly apprehended.

Washington pled guilty in 2018 to accessory after the fact to kidnapping Frazier and was sentenced to 15 years in prison. He was released early by an order from the Mississippi Parole Board…
