JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – A man sentenced for killing two people near the Mal’s St. Paddy’s Parade back in 2023 won’t have his sentences overturned.
On Tuesday, the Mississippi Court of Appeals denied Jordan Cummins’ petition, saying he’s not entitled to an acquittal or new trial.
