A vacant Mexican restaurant off of South Wheatley Street in Ridgeland will get a facelift as developers seek a new tenant.
Developers will clean up the property in hopes of attracting a new tenant, Public Works Director Alan Hart said.
“The general objective of the project is to renew the building and make it look presentable for the neighborhood and surrounding businesses,” the developers said in their proposal to the city. “The property will be leased to a business that follows all zoning regulations in the area, and that will benefit the city.”…
