JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) -A First Alert Weather Day is in effect for Tuesday due to frigid temperatures. This is in stark contrast to the unseasonably warm weather that is on tap for this weekend.
After starting in the upper 60s, today’s high temperatures will warm into the low 80s under partly cloudy skies. Dry weather will prevail until our next cold front arrives overnight into Monday morning.
A line of showers with light to moderate rainfall and the occasional rumble of thunder will move in after midnight on Monday morning.
