MADISON — Two Jackson youths face multiple charges after they crashed a stolen car into one of the entrances at Northbay over the weekend.
The driver, a 15-year-old male, was charged with receiving stolen property and felony fleeing, according to Madison Police Investigator Josh Fuller.
