MADISON COUNTY, Miss. (WJTV) – Attorneys representing the families of Dustin Pope and Jakob Kindt announced both cases concluded with confidential settlements.
Both Pope and Kindt, along with Cal Wesolowski, died when a medical helicopter crashed in Madison County on March 10, 2025.
