RANKIN COUNTY, Miss. (WJTV) – A 20-year-old motorcyclist was killed during a crash in Rankin County.
The crash occurred on Highway 43 near Mineral Spring Road around 12:45 a.m. on January 5, 2026.
Forest police arrest two men in Christmas Eve homicide
According to the Mississippi Highway Patrol (MHP), a 2012 Kawasaki was traveling north on the highway when it went off the road and collided with a ditch. The driver, Kayden Haden, of Pelahatchie, died at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation by MHP.
