JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Temperatures will warm into the low to mid 50s for Sunday afternoon after starting in the 30s. Other than wind gusting up to 30mph at times, the overall pattern for the next couple of days will be dry and calm. Mostly sunny skies will prevail for the start of the week.
The next couple of mornings will see temperatures drop below freezing with afternoon highs in the 50s and low 60s. This will change after Wednesday when a cold front briefly brings afternoon highs down into the 40s. A few showers are possible when the next frontal system arrives, but we will otherwise stay dry through this week…
