JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Final arguments could be wrapping up in the months-long battle over JXN Water’s plans to raise rates.
Officials with JXN Water and the city of Jackson are slated to meet with U.S. District Judge Henry Wingate Monday morning to make their final summations in the case.
