JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – The Jackson Police Department is currently investigating a homicide in the 400 block of Wilshire Avenue.
According to Hinds County Sheriff Tyree Jones, a male victim is deceased from an apparent gunshot wound and the scene is still active.
