RANKIN COUNTY, Miss. (WJTV) – Hometown Rankin Magazine presented their annual “Best of the Best” awards to businesses and individuals in Rankin County.
One of the winners was the Pelahatchie Bay Trading Post on Highway 471. The Bay won the Best Service Station Award, and this is the third year in the row that they have won.
Brenda and Roy Herrington bought The Bay in 1982. Roy has since passed away, but Brenda and her nephew, Jay Herrington, haven’t missed a beat.
