RANKIN COUNTY, Miss. (WLBT) – A contractor, acting without permission, struck an 8-inch water pipe on Thursday, causing low water pressure to some on the Main Harbor System.
According to officials, the unnamed contractor miscalculated his bore, resulting in the incident.
